Heart break is never easy, it's a pain that your heart can feel literally. But as an individual you have to look at the reasons why the relationship ended. Don't be fooled, don't allow yourself to focus on the positives more than negatives, chances are you better of apart than together. If someone really loved you, they would never give up on you no matter how hard it is to be together. However, in certain cases it is better to get out if the relationship was of a abusive nature : physical or verbal it's till abuse. You not alone, we all been there, waiting for answers that never came, wasting precious time trying to get closure from your ex who just wasn't willing to give it.
No matter the length of the relationship a break up is a break up and there is no easy way around it. The one thing you have to remember is that when you move on there are better and bigger things out there for you. The first months after the break up is normally spent over analyzing, explaining to everyone whose met him and what went wrong. What you need to do is not focus on the a short summary and not how bad he is in bed keep it short and simple.
Chances are he will realize what he missed and you as an individual have to decide whether you willing to go through him leaving you again and chances are he probably will. You need to realize your worth and meet the one that is destined to be your soul mate. You might not see it now but any one that is a negative factor in your life does not deserve to be there. Good luck and all the best. Remember you stronger than you think.
