Justin Bieber got a tattoo which was done by Keith Bang Bang McCurdy, who owns Bang Bang Tattoos in New York. McCurdy tattooed a back and white image of an eye inside of Bieber's elbow on his left arm. Bieber choose the tattoo because it was the best representation of what he wanted plus it complimented his other tattoos.

My personal opinion: the tattoo looks terrible, it looks like something a child would want. I think Bieber is trying to show the world he not a boy anymore his a man. Definitely a no from me!!!!!!!
